Outsourcing The Raiser's Edge®
RightTrack Solutions' outsourcing programs are designed to enable you to have qualified, well-trained professionals working off-site on your database, eliminating the need to hire additional staff and requires no additional office space or equipment.
How it works:
Your organization can contract for 5 - 40 hours per week, depending on your needs, or deposit dollars into a debit account to be used for ANY of our services.
Any unused hours/dollars may be "banked" for use during a heavier than normal work-load period, or can be converted and used to cover other services offered by RightTrack Solutions. These services include, but are not limited to, Raiser's Edge® consulting and training.
All work will be completed to your specifications and returned to you in a timely manner. In the event of an unexpected "rush" job, we will assign as many of our associates as needed and do our best to ensure your deadline is met.
Outsourcing can fill your needs, providing a low cost alternative - during staff transition, employee leave, heavy workloads, while seraching for new candidates or to provide professional support to your staff.
