Training - Your staff will enjoy detailed training, section by section, on your own database! The benefit of learning on your own database is that we will use material that you are currently working on (appeals that need to go out, gift entry that needs to be processed or reports that need to be run) and constituent records that you are familiar with. Training on your own database also allows us to give you insight on the setup of your system and to suggest any changes that may need to be addressed.
